Service Description
IT Support Chicago provides algorithmic rankings of IT managed service providers in the Chicago area. The rankings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or endorsements.
Safe Harbor
Rankings and scores on this site constitute the site operator's opinion, derived algorithmically from publicly available data. Vendor listings are not endorsements or disparagement. All scoring methodology and data sources are published transparently. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness. Rankings may change as new data becomes available. Use this tool as one input among many in your vendor selection process.
Vendor Dispute Process
If you are a vendor and believe your data is inaccurate, you may submit a correction request to data@itsupportchicago.net. We will review and respond within 14 business days. Data will be updated if the correction can be verified from public sources or your vendor feed. We do not remove vendors from rankings based on complaints alone.
Vendor Opt-Out
Vendors may request removal from our rankings by emailing data@itsupportchicago.net. We will remove the vendor's listing within 30 days. Note that opting out removes your profile entirely -- we cannot selectively hide negative data while keeping positive data.
User Accounts
You must use a legitimate work email address to create an account. Accounts created with personal or disposable email addresses may be removed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session.
Intellectual Property
The scoring methodology, website design, and original content are owned by IT Support Chicago. Vendor data sourced from public platforms belongs to those platforms. Downloaded Excel scorecards are for your internal use.
Limitation of Liability
IT Support Chicago is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our rankings. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (currently $0).
